Reflexology is important for your health to release stress and tension to relax the body and help create a greater sense of well being. Long term benefits have shown that it helps people stay healthy physically as well as emotionally. Cathy will educate and build our foundation in self- care through the importance of your feet, better health.   • PART 2: AcuYoga ~ Yin Yoga & Acupressure
    • With Mikiala from Health Within & Tara Logan
    • Jan. 19 @ 6:00-8:00pm

Learn how to support your health and empower yourself as we walk through the body  learning about acupressure points. how to affect and release energy for certain issues- chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety. Tara then walks you through a Yin Yoga practice too compliment this combination of acupressure and complete relaxation. Better Health to start  the year. Sign up here

  • PART 3: Art Night + Better Health + Creative Journaling

Spend a fun evening playing with colour and art as you create a personal journal. Perhaps you have gone on a great trip and haven’t put the photos together?
