Learn the basics of starting your yoga practice!
Yoga is physical exercise that helps improve toning, stamina, posture, strength, balance and flexibility, as well as a discipline that helps to reduce stress, feel healthier, and more energetic.
This workshop would teach you everything you need to know to get your yoga practice off to a solid start.
Not new to yoga? If you have already practiced yoga, use this workshop to build strength and confidence to take your yoga practice deeper with an in-depth focus on proper alignment.
Imperfect Mothering Workshop
Share, Learn, Laugh & Connect
Join us to share stories, drink coffee, connect with other moms, learn some helpful mindfulness techniques to help your child and yourself, and laugh at our common challenges of raising children in today’s world.
This workshop is designed to bring in our community of mothers and take some of the pressure off of being a “perfect” mother in our society.
Office Yoga Workshop
A yoga workshop brought to your office
Practising specific poses and sequences at your desk will minimize discomfort throughout the day, which improves concentration, making it easier to focus on work. Yoga is extremely beneficial for your body when you are seated for long stretches throughout the day.
This workshop can be brought into any office environment and taught to staff right in their place of work. Poses can be done while at their workstations.
No prior experience with yoga is required. Staff will feel physical and mental improvements immediately, which will increase overall workplace productivity.
History, science & recipes – lay down roots to healthier living
What is Ayurveda? It is the science of life and the sister science to yoga. Originating in India over 5000 years ago, Ayurveda is a body of wisdom designed to help people stay vibrant and healthy while realizing their full human potential.
This workshop will teach the basics of Ayurveda and how you can implement an Ayurvedic lifestyle to benefit your mind, body, and life.
