In order to ensure the safest and most beneficial yoga practice for prenatal and post-natal women, please review the following information:
STEP 1: An initial private lesson is required along with the PARmed-x form completed (can be downloaded from the City of Vancouver website here: http://vancouver.ca/files/cov/par-q-plus-form-for-pregnancy-before-exercising.pdf
STEP 2: Join regular classes with a new student pass. Modifications will be provided for specific needs.
STEP 3: Changes to your physical condition will need to be communicated as pregnancy develops and changes throughout the trimesters to ensure a safe practice throughout.

Tara
Tara holds a RYT-500 level in prenatal/postnatal yoga.
She is a certified Mindfulness Instructor and an International Yoga Therapist with 3 children of her own.
Tara has taught prenatal programs all over the province. We teach private couples prenatal yoga sessions and private mom/baby yoga sessions.
