LVY attracts professional teachers and this January is our best YET! With expert guests to teach us something new, empower your health with an invigorating yet relaxing end to the week.

• January 11th: 2019 Resolution/ Intention Vision Board – SURPRISE artist to support the creative fun! Gather girl friends, enjoy a studio FILLED with art supplies and create for an evening- laughter, joy, creativity.
• January 18th: Tapping and Your Health/ welcoming Wes Gietz
• January 25th: Reflexology! Cathy from Ebb and Flow Reflexology returns!

  Each session includes 30 minutes relaxation

  $35/session or
