Spend the day experiencing the Lotus Practice with morning meditation, therapeutic art, and workshopping a yoga pose. The afternoon includes blissful Yoga Nidra, a nourishing, vegetarian lunch, and a guided Mindfulness practice on a nature walk into a beautiful forest for tree meditation.
